The 1st game...Darius Reynolds visit...

When is the 1st game because my brother is going to visit that weekend but there seems to be a little confusion as to when the game will be played?

August 28th....it is a Thursday Night game and it is an electric atmosphere!

The first game is on a Thursday night.

kickoff around 7pm central time. Technically not a weekend, but he shouldnt mind having a 4 day weekend! Hope he has a good time.

Lol...yeah that's him, I don't know why they put that goofy picture of him up there, you rarely ever see the kid smiling!

Okay thanks, I don't think he'll make the game because he has a scrimmage on that same Friday, then he's flying to ISU after the scrimmage. Its funny that you are playing SDSU because one of his OL from high school will be starting for them at G Leo Grassilli.

We're playing South Dakota State, not San Diego State. We should have mentioned that. My bad.

First game. This will be, I believe, our third straight Thursday night season opener.

Thursday is the opening game, not a scrimmage. So he'll be coming in Saturday the 30th? And he'll be a solid verbal by September 1st?

You mean a 5 day weekend? We have that monday off for holiday, that's the whole reason for the Thursday night game

He'll still have a great time, but I hope he is able to come back to see a game at Jack Trice.
