The teaser to the article included a direct quote:

"I am very excited to announce that I have verbally committed to..."

Ohly on Cyclone Sports Report said this right away when he "committed".

If you look, there is a previous thread where someone posted that he committed, but Ohly said its close but not 100% yet.
