"One main question remains as the 2008 season looms: Who's the best quarterback the Big 12 has to offer? Missouri's Daniel was asked recently if he was.

The last time we took out a good Mizzou QB, the backup came in and was rather effective against us. I'd rather we just rack up 60 points and outscore 'em. | |

That is actually a great article to read. Why can't anybody at the Rag write that well? The more I hear from Chizik, the more I like him. No spin, no excuses.
Oh and Big M: That is a great number to wear. I was 59 in HS, after one of the greatest ever at ISU: Matt Blair. Guy was a phenomal athlete. Great backer number.

Didn't we knock out three QBs that year? Tate was one. Brad Smith was another. Actually, Daniels was the one that came in and killed us. I was thinking there might be one or two more that didn't finish the game.

I can't recall if we knocked out one of the KU quarterbacks or they simply were playing 2 guys at that time.

Chase's stats against ISU... 2005
16/23 for 185 - 1TD, 0INT 2006
29/44 for 310 - 1TD, 0INT 2007
28/37 for 250 - 1TD, 1INT
Career completion percentage vs. ISU - 70%
Overall career completion percentage - 65%
Now granted, we've been helping many QB's to 70%+ completion for a while now.
