I'm usually a pessimist, but I find this prediction for Iowa State a little over the top. I see six beatable big twelve teams on our schedule. Don't tell me we don't stand a chance against:

Baylor

Wasn't it Dodd that said somthing like ISU could not do any better then McCarney? I thought Dodd was a pretty open McCarney supporter. So I too take that article with a grain of salt.

dodd is very big on the SEC (partial to LSU) so i'm suprised he could even name all the schools in the Big 12 ... yet alone write something about them ...

Dennis Dodd is a complete and total idiot, and it's not just because I disagree with about 95% of his articles. He's just a lazy, horribly incompetent journalist.

Yeah somebody email that to Gene-o and see what he thinks of that. His "analysis" is way over the top....hardly coincides with the way we progressed over the second half of the year last year.
