ISU mention in A & M article
Rivals.com College Football - Sherman has old-school plan for Texas A&M
I like to see ISU brought up in this article. I also really like ISU's chances against A & M this season. They are going to line up in a pro-style offense. Seems like ISU can do a decent job lining up the defense against this style.

Nice article. Interestign that they're qoting the former UT assistent, and with respect. Perhaps they consider ISU a "peer" this season. We're still going to kick Aggie *** up and down the field when they come to Ames.

Re: ISU mention in A & M article
I think this is a very telling game on the teams progress, A&M although in a rebuilding mode still gets very talented players and they are a recognizable "Name" program. I obviously think we have a chance with it being in Ames, but by no means think it will be easy...1 possession game in my opinion.

I suspect that people might be a bit more confident once they see the product on the field the first few games. -
Re: ISU mention in A & M article
There are quite a few A&M fans down here who are acting just like Nebraska fans -- disregarding the fact that there's a new coach in town and just assuming that they'll be good because things will be different. I think we have a terrific chance to beat the Aggies this year, even though we've never beaten them in Ames. And I work with several Aggies, so I could use the ammunition!

be prepared for a good running attack from a and m with mcgee at qb and a good stable of running backs with javorskie lane, goodsen, bradley stephens, and cyrus gray.their running back contingent is good as you will find in the big 12.

But they're running a pro attack now, so McGee won't be running as much. Besides, he has bad shoulders. Their offensive line is also thin.
Goodson is one heck of a back. But I also think we're going to have one heck of a defense.

Funny, in another thread, 33 mentions that Sed will be full speed with the playbook by mid-season. Oddly enough, the A&M game is just past mid-season.
