After looking at the 2 deeps, I am a bit worried about the youth and inexperence on this team. Granted some players did play last year but there are a lot of new names on the 2 deep. Last year was the same and for the first 5 or 6 games players looked lost. Will there be more of the same out of these guys this year? If so it could be a slow start to the season once again.

As Chizik said in his press conference, these kids aren't playing by default. They earned these positions against experienced guys so there is nothing to worry about.

I don't know about "nothing". I will say I expect a win thursday, but we are still very young and the guys that they beat out did lose to UNI last year at home. Not trying to rain on any parades, just saying...
We should have jitters. You loose Meyer, Blythe, Tuba, Bowen and that's a lot of horse power that his hard to replace. Our teams has to be one of the youngest around.
