Re: Kick or Receive?

I would defer, but I would be thinking also that we should be leading by alot by the time the 3rd quarter starts that it doesn't matter. But I also like the idea of beating up on this team for a half, go through halftime while thier team recovers somewhat, and then take the first posestion of the 2nd half and run it right down their throats again.

Definitely defer.

According to my "rep," I am no longer a glorious beacon of light...but a name known to all

Kicking their butt.

EIU is the other Okoboji University for serious students and home of Captain Kirk who pilots the Enterprise on its Trek through the Universe for finding his next great job. Captain, beware of your Superbowl.

My thought exactly. You defer when you want the best advantage. In this case, we already have the best advantage. Just come out, cram the ball down their throat--and let them decide in the scond half, when they're down four touchdowns (or more).

Im with you. Exactly. In conference I'd defer. Against I-AA..... put points up right away.
