How many people celebrated a little more and later than planned and have a pinging in their head this morning at work? I know I do... Those last 5 beers were not needed but at 44-19... THEY FELT SO GOOD!

I ran 10K this morning (0500) with 4 hours of sleep. I feel great, now, but it really, really sucked from the time the alarm rang to the end of the first mile.
Now I have to stay awake long enough to drive back to Newton.

I drank slowly all day, and never got drunk...but being as though I just don't drink much anymore it is always a bit painful the next day.

It was a very long drive back to KC last night and 6:30 came way too early this morning.
