The catch phrase is "Pinellas Roots". Pinellas is the county Clearwater is in, which is where Chizik is from. Also, Largo, FL, a subdivision in the Tampa Bay area is in Pinellas Co., which is where Lenoard Johnson is from.
So, the "Pinellas Roots" has a double meaning, roots as in a foundation of coaches and athletes are from Pinellas county and roots as in cheering for Iowa State.
