If the law says it is a smoke free area, even if you disagree, it is the law.

No, its not better for everyone to enforce laws that they may not believe in simply because the gov't says its a law. In fact, that is terrible for our democracy.
Its better for everyone if citizens fight unjust laws that shouldn't be in place in a free country in the first place.
For all of you people who support laws like this simply because it is outlawing an activity that you don't personally like..... just wait. Next time the gov't will come for something that you enjoy doing.
I hate this new direction laws are going in this country... if people personally don't like an activity, they want to make it illegal, instead of thinking about whether personal activities and choices should be controlled by the Gov't to begin with. IMO they shouldn't be, not in a free country. Apparently some disagree with me. Some people believe Gov't should have more control over us Americans. I disagree.
I think alot of people don't put any thought into this. You just think that since you don't smoke it should be illegal. You don't think about personal freedoms and rights, and how fragile they are.

Nice reasoning. Looks like some still think and reason at a 3rd grade level. -
Re: Yes or No...Can you smoke behind the concessions on the West concourse?
If your bothering someone with what your doing (legal or not), then it is their business...
I really want to see a smoker tell a non-smoker "If you tell on me, I'm gonna slug you." I would probably fall on the ground laughing...

Re: Yes or No...Can you smoke behind the concessions on the West concourse?
This is the last thing I'm going to say.
The reason we have laws like this in our society is because there are allot of people who think that they should be able to do what they want, when they want, where they want, without regard for those around them. These people are not proclaiming freedom, they are proclaiming selfishness. They are proclaiming that they care about themselves more then anyone else and other people will just have to live with the consequences of their actions. As a result, these that are being walked over have forced their representative to do something about it. I don't total agree with the law, however, I agree less with the attitude that this is a free country so I should be able to do whatever I please. This is still a society that you have to live in, and it is best for everyone if you help keep the peace.

Do the eyes have better operational ability when one stands as opposed to when one sits? Mine don't that I'm aware of.
It is really fun to have people standing throughout a game when I bring my young kids along so that they can't see anything. That makes for money really well spent and a truly enjoyable experience for the whole family. -

If you use your *** one time during the game your fan-card is withdrawn immediately. No questions asked.

Otherwise, if you don't like it, take two steps upwind. It's not hard. I mean, those people are usually standing out of the way and not really bothering anyone. We had smokers at our tailgate with no issues. I think that some people just like to *****.

OR, the people that are breaking the law could move to someplace where they aren't breaking the law instead of the people that aren't breaking the law having to move. Just a thought.
