Good grief, he looks like hes floating. Thats an impressive vert.

I told my wife I want an ISU jersey #23 with Johnson on the back for Christmas, can you order those at T-Galaxy in Ames?

You thought it was coincidence that the announcers Saturday were talking about how impressive ISU's two freshman corners were?

I seem to remember another Johnson with great hops who wore #23. Unfortunately, we only had him on the field for 1 year -- oh yeah, we had him for 4 years on the hardwood. Love that Stevie! He was a great Cyclone.

Amen to that, brother.

Liked how the D played overall, with the exception of a couple plays and our tackling. Tate tipping the pass, sack by Lyle - these guys are coming together as a unit.

LJ's rivals video last year really showed his talent. Question was how physical could he be (in particular as a FR). I think he answered this immediately. Benton, also, has played physical. Gets in excellent position running routes. All have come up and played the quick passes/screens to WRs - a play lots of teams use. K Banks was excellent at this in the 1st game.

Secondary should be a real strength for a number of years to come.

Well, if you think about it, right now we have two Johnsons with great hops on the field. And the rest of us are bringing the barley.:biglaugh:

Umm...yeah. Whew. Sed just hasn't had much chance to display his. Yet. :wink:

Speaking of LJ..does anybody know if he'll be ready to go for the UNLV game?

Stevie might be the only person I would trade lives with, to be a part of the the best ISU football team of all time (arguably) and the greatest ISU basketball team of all time (un-arguably)....priceless!!!!
