Re: Attendance Saturday
I wish this was a night game on FSN so I could tailgate all day...oh well I think 49-51k, would be 55k if we had beaten UNLV

General attendance will be up
Student attendance will be slightly down

Re: Attendance Saturday
I think attendance will be strong. Albeit we lost to UNLV, but I think it would be hard for anyone who watched the 2nd half to not think this team has plenty of fight. I predict a rather rowdy crowd of about 50,384. Something about getting drunk before the sun comes up gets me rocking!

*snort* We don't have to win the next two to have a major attendance buster against Nebby--the only question is how many of them will be Cyclone fans.
A gorgeous day with perfect football weather, I really hope we top 54K.

Isn't anything above 45,000 a sellout? Or is that just hawkeye math

God, nothing like dragging Iowa into it. And they claim we're obsessed... -

The true ISUers will make it 43k for sure, but our other stragglers will be missing for the game.
But, if we win this one and Baylor....look out for a major attendance buster against Nebby.
Also on a side note.... go Missouri...stomp kNU.
Go Clones! I respectfully disagree. It's too early in the year for Cyclone fans to give up. Most know, we were very close to being 4-0, or atleast 3-1 up until now and we know the team is going to improve. We're still anxious to see if they can put together 4 quarters of good football. If they do, I think they can hang with anyone on our schedule with the exception of Missouri (to hang with Mizzou would take plus 3 in turnovers).
Fans are still hopeful about getting 3 more wins, and watching a young team improve from here on out.

Re: Attendance Saturday
A lot of Beakers coming up from Kansas. Expect near or above 50K

Re: Attendance Saturday
yeah, I might have spouted out a wrong prediction.... we shouldn't be under 45k. We are also playing a ranked opponet. I now guess at least 48k for the attendance. Not too bad.

Re: Attendance Saturday
I'd guess 45-48k, I'd be surprised if it breaks 50k honestly.

I hope KU doesn't bring a large contingent up because when they wave the wheat I get dizzy, especially after enough lubrication.
