What does everyone think we'll see for attendance on Saturday? The weather looks absolutely perfect - 70 & Sunny. It's an 11:30 kickoff, so people can still have the whole evening to do whatever they want. Conference opener, family weekend, #16 ranked opponent...I'm hoping for at least 50,000. We had 49,805 for the Kent State game, so I would think we should eclipse that total.
My official prediction 51,018.

It seems to have the recipe for great attendance. Wish I could be there. | | |

We've got a group of 12 going. Who wouldn't want to go to the upset of the week?

My guess is 43k for attendance. I would love for the ISU faithful to get up to 50k, but I just don't see it happening. For some reason, after a couple of losses, people get into that mentality that we are not going to be a good team. The true ISUers will make it 43k for sure, but our other stragglers will be missing for the game.
But, if we win this one and Baylor....look out for a major attendance buster against Nebby.
Also on a side note.... go Missouri...stomp kNU.
Go Clones!

No way we only have 43k. Our lowest attended game last season was 45500 and that's when we were 1-7. I'm guessing slightly over 50k.

Does this total include the students?? |
"I just back into town and I hear all this stuff, and Buster Olney is making my team up now and [Genske] wants to tell me who is going to pitch here. No one is going to tell us who to put on our team and no one on ESPN is going to tell us who should pitch for my team. " -Gardy

I'll go with 48,792. I've heard from a couple people that they are going to tailgate, but not go to the game because "their going to lose anyways." Gotta love that attitude...
