Neb -6 in Ames. I cannot believe the spread is that close. The last two games were the same for each team, except Neb had the close one this week and ISU had the blowout loss.
Iowa is a 3.5 pt favorite vs. Wisconsin
Texas -7 vs Mizzou
Penn St -23 vs Michigan. (When has Michigan been that big of a dog?)

I don't see why this is that surprising. Nebraska is not that good, and we have played well at every home game since the Texas game last year. Not calling for a victory here, but any more than a TD favorite for Nebraska would of surprised me.
The reason this is surprising to people is that they tend to overreact to bad losses, great wins, and good efforts in games that aren't supposed to be close. The oddsmakers look at the whole picture without overreacting, and they're usually right.Quote:

No kidding about Iowa. They are terrible. Wisconsin will embarrass them in Kinnick. If we were in the B10 this year, we'd probably win or get 2nd.
