Sellout crowd for Nebraska Game?

I was just wondering what everybody thought the attendance to this Saturday's game would be. Will it be a capacity crowd or will it be poorly attended seeing how both teams are struggling?

Jamie Pollard said on the radio this past Saturday that they are expecting a crowd of over 50,000.

Since we have people on here professing their abandonment of supporting the team, I would be surprised to see a full house. This game is typically a big draw but since "the season is over," I expect there to be some empty seats, though perhaps Nebraska will eat them up.

I know I'll be there sporting a good buzz cheering my head off. Plan on starting tailgating around 5. I just hope everyone else shows up to cheer on the Clones.....we NEED this win.

If people don't show up, they are quitters, just like someone they have likely been calling a quitter, who "stopped showing up" mid-season.

It would be impossible for it to be a sell-out as there are no individual game tickets being offered except for Hillside and the allotment through the Nebraska ticket office. Season tickets and the Applebee’s mini-pack were the only way to get seats. It may be similar to the Iowa game last year where when you look around all the seats are miraculously filled.

Not anymore, our capacity was listed at 55k last year and this year it's probably going to be about 53k.
