WOI chooses Iowa-Illinois over ISU-Okie St

Marty and Miller have been talking about this all show. November 1st, both of these games will be regional telecasts. Just announced the Iowa-Illinois game will be broadcast, while trying to get ISU-OSU on a different channel, like 5.2 or something.

I think this guy is going to be on the call in show tonight from 6:30-7. He says there was never a question as to which game they would show.

Neither are great games.

But I am sure the guy is a Hawk homer and thus his comment about it never being a question

Don't know. While I could go either way you can definitely see the reasoning to show the OSU game. Especially if they upset Texas this week. They will all of a sudden be a top 3 team and if that is the case you easily show that over a game where neither team is very good

I'd rather watch Iowa get beat than witness what I assume will happen in Stillwater. My heart can't take much more.

Geez, complain now. Ames is not Cedar Rapids. Fifty miles from Ames should be pro ISU.

I feel sorry for ya, its gonna be an ugly game starting about the first quarter or so.

I had to laugh at Marty when he said that Chizik and ISU football was irrelevant in the hawkeye state...Hay Marty we already know that we've lived here all our lives!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lets hope that aTm has an off nite and we pick up a win cause its gonna get a whole lot uglier with 10 straight losses.
