Darius Darks
Enough of the negative threads today, i wanna talk about how Darius has emerged as probably AA's go to guy for next season. Today he had 8 catches for 69 yards, and on the season he now has 37 rec (2nd on team to RJ) and 397 yards (2nd again to RJ).
from what i have seen he is going to end up being one of the best in our history... to put it in perspective, todd blythe had 39 receptions in his freshman year and Darius still has 2 more games; but dont forget blythe averaged 21.4 ypc and had 9 TD's that season while darius is averaging 10.7 ypc and has just 1 TD

Re: Darius Darks
Jones, Sed, Hamilton, and the TEs will also be good targets. Get these Freshmen in the weight room and keep them on the team and they could be special players. The Oline development will be key to sucess next year.

Re: Darius Darks
Darks has much more potential than Blythe, and has looked very impressive this year. Blythe was a really great reciever though.

Re: Darius Darks
Our TE have been pretty good. Let's throw to them more.

Blythe had the size, but Darks is a very good athlete so that give him an edge. He wont be the TD threat that blythe was, but Sed could fill that role with some development. Darks just seems to have a knack for the ball and good hands.
blythe was a great reciever... if we threw the damn ball to him

Re: Darius Darks
Darks has been a bright spot for the future, maybe second only to LJ. I hope Sed can continue to improve and live up to his excitement as well.

Re: Darius Darks
as far as LJ goes, i like him, but i think that i like kennard better. kennard hits like mike brown or rodney harrison, hopefully he doesnt get injured like them too; he also seems to always going for the ball like peanut tillman.

Re: Darius Darks
Darks has great potential. Though he still does have quite a few drops.

Re: Darius Darks
I love Darks and he seems to run nice routes but he has way too many drops.

Re: Darius Darks
Lets hope he sticks around.

Re: Darius Darks
Darks drops a lot of easy balls, but he makes some tough catches too, just needs to concentrate on the "gimmes".

Re: Darius Darks
Looking lik we need to also get the ball to Collin Franklin more. He is a bigger threat than Catlep. We actually need a deep threat on our team to take some pressure.
Looking forward to CFH magic for the next bball season, Georges style. -
