I hope it's the youth, but I don't think I've ever watched a team that can look so crisp and on top of the game one series to come out looking so confused on the next. And our D, well, it literally is like getting bamboo under the fingernails watching them. Granted, we've gotten an INT this last half, but come on, we just don't stop anyone.

There was nothing to gain by going for it on 4th down ... bad call by the coaches. Punt the ball and get ready to yell at the defense for their pathetic tackling during halftime.

I like the call going for it on 4th. I think that the first time we might have tried a FG. What I don't understand is the midrange pass on 4th... why not go for it all or go for the first?

Well...we have had 2 4th and 1 yd to go in this game and 1 1 yd TD opportunity last game and we have come up short on all 3 of them....

positive spin = consistency????

Trying to find the silver lining....just not really working..

The more I watch this team, the more I get confused. I know McFarland isn't a terrible play caller, but he makes some unitelligent decisions. I was ready to fire his butt weeks ago, but now I think it's the personnel. The same goes for Bolt, he seems, for the most part, to put the kids in the right position, but they can't close the deal. I've now made a complete 180. It's not the coaches, it's the personnel.

Either way, it adds up to what looks like a winless conference season.

Holy crap is that effing awful.

Oh well, at least I can't even be tempted to watch since I'm out of the country..
