If the guy does leave, who can blame him? When he showed up, he already was considered to have one foot in the grave. Now, the patient, loyal, and understanding fan base have their hands around his neck trying to pull him the rest of the way down.

The way he's been bad-mouthed and ridiculed, I'd think him a fool for not testing the waters elsewhere. People here are starting to resemble bumblebees more and more all the time, it's disgusting.

Keep it up, Cyclone fans, and we won't be able to hire a decent coach no matter what. I'd like to think our athletic teams still deserve to be in the Big 12, but it's starting to look like maybe our fans don't.

Although I agree with what you are saying, I would bet you would find MUCH worse things being said if this were at an SEC school or a school that has experienced success.

I'm trying to remember who it was that complimented our football fans for their continued support... 15-20 bad apples won't ruin the bunch of 45,000+.

Of course when you look at the evil (money) side of things, $2.85M is a little better than $1.1M. Why don't we have the money? Oh never mind, I guess it really does fall on the fans...
