From the Facebook video we know Darks is gone. How do we know LJ is gone?

Why wouldn't these guys wait to see who is hired? ISU could get someone they want to play for.

This is what I got out of it. He talked about people calling to see what he was going to do and about how Gene sat on his family's couch and told them he would take care of Darius at ISU. Then something about lying white people and Gene. Then he talked about how he had to do what he had to do and wanting to get to the NFL. Then he said he was making the video to answer peoples question and he put on a Michigan State jersey.

I don't blame any players for being really, really upset about this.

However, I would hope that they would at least see who we hire next before making such a rash decision to transfer. If we could possibly land Turner Gill, I think a lot of players might reconsider.

The thing that usually happens with these things is kids feel very betrayed and hurt - then say some not well thought out things. Hopefully a few of his teammates that intend to stay can talk to him.

I don't think it's beyond the realm of possibility that Darks was messing around because he knows people on this site like to stalk like that. If it's true, though, one would have to think that Jerrod Black is leaning towards leaving, too.

At the same time, for those who saw the video, it's also not beyond the realm of possibility that Darius Darks failed English 104. Holy ****.

Just so you know Darks since I know you're reading this: Your hands won't get better just by transferring. Holding on to a ball at Iowa State is the same as holding on to it at Michigan State. Dick move by recording that video. ***
