Don't ask me how, but we landed a commit Monday from Texas and Robert McFarland. I saw it in the other thread but didn't believe it till I just saw it on CR. Not sure how that works but I will take anyone who wants to be Cyclone, coach or no coach.

Gotta hand it to McFarland. The guy gets demoted, his best buddy takes the Auburn job and he's still out there selling the ISU brand to the best of his ability. I misjudged him. I genuinely hope whoever is hired will find a spot for him on his staff.
I really hope that we can keep him as the o-line coach...he seems to really like Iowa State and is still a good coach.
