This is what drives the audience to their show, he knows he makes a lot people steam. The easiest way to get them off the air, is to not listen to them. I dont.

We should care why? I have heard better radio jocks in high schools.
NHL teams need to be added to the favorite teams section.

I still wonder why anyone would WANT to listen to them. Never have, never will.

    Re: Marty read this

You said "Marty read this" - knowing of Marty's limitations, shouldn't it read "Somebody read this to Marty"?
A program isn't built on one player and it doesn't succeed because of one player, thus a program won't fail if it doesn't get that one player.

I think you, and all the others who trash them, are dead wrong. Many times Marty goes on about things but for the most part the show is a great listen and, as far as I'm concerned, Ken Miller is without a doubt the best sports personality this market has seen. What they say is spot on 90% of the time - WE JUST DON'T LIKE TO HEAR IT so we label them as idiots. I'm sure I'll get slammed for this but think about it.

I was going to ask when are you leaving for Florida and where are you staying? Should be a fun bowl trip.

    You got that 90% backwords.

Ken is right with his stuff a lot, but Marty is right about as often as my neutered dog knocks up our neighbor's poodle.

Yah right . . from what I heard tonight he is in constant ridicule mode of ISU . . I'm sure he goes easy on his beloved hawkeye audience. He is an easy read. Shock jock sports hack for the hawks.
