Pollard could announce (separately) the following 2 things to generate buzz:
1) We are pursuing most of the recently fired Auburn football staff (including Tuberville and Rhoads). (Not all for head coach.)
2) We challenge Auburn to a home and home series anytime they'd like in the next 3 years.
Actually, I'd like to challenge them to an Honor Do-el...

I wish I would have stuck to my early thrown off the wall statement of saying that ISU would hire one of Farley, Loney or Rhoads. But I backed off of that, so no credit.
I just did a search of this site, with Rhoads being typed in...and the mentions were few. The mentions were even less in the media, I think. I think CR and CSR mentioned his name in one of their early 'big lists', but nothing focused.
I mentioned him more than a few times. Maybe if you were better at your job, you would have known. But you are nothing more than a hawkeye beat reporter. Stick to what you are "good" at.
