would be interesting to see the tone of everyone on here. if chizik takes some to auburn with him, we hate him worse (if that's possible). if we actually hire stoops and he brings some players with him, we applaud?
first off, i'm sure their releases would be conditional, and there is no way in hell they could follow their coach. same with our players going to auburn i would hope.

Postseason participation 80%. Better. Jamie Pollard, 2005-. 4 years. 1 bowl game, 0 NCAA's, 0 NIT's. Postseason participation: 13%. The next big step.

You've seen other examples of the double standard before---like if you are losing football games then date rape and theft are horrible and you need to answer for them. But if you make a bowl game then we don't care anymore and you're the best team in the country--oh wait, that's eiu, not us. Never mind.
