ESPN - Auburn president says he made call on Chizik - SEC

Somehow I don't find that to be the most believable statement... but whatever
IMO he makes this statement because the article about the donor choosing Cheese was true. Why would you pay the full salary of a coach who "resigned?" In order to squash this, the Auburn AD will now take the fall in two years, after the Cheese failure.
The buck stops with Auburn president Jay Gogue. At least, so he says.
Gogue told The Birmingham News that he alone made the decision to hire Chizik based on the recommendation of athletic director Jay Jacobs and that he wasn't influenced by any trustees or boosters.
What he left out is that he made this statement according to orders issued by his biggest booster/trustee.
pffffffffffffffffwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahaaaaaaahaaaaaaaaaahaaaaaaaaaaaa

He is now ISU's best friend.
What's Chizik?
