Ive talked to a current starter whos told me in the past Shepard is head and shoulders above McGattigan. He said McG focused on stretching and injury prevention while the players gained power and speed under Shepard.
I've talked to several other starters that McGettigan is considerably better than Shep. It doesn't matter, everyone will have a preference. What bothers me though is the fact some players have said Shep has come to workouts late, talks on his cell phone during the workouts, and will sit in his office. This is not very professional at all. Being formerly in the S&C business I can honestly tell you that Shep is not highly regarded. Like I said, if Shep stays, he stays. I don't care one way or another. If he doesn't they'll find a better guy.
