    McCarney to Black Knights ?

    ARMY comes to JTS next year. IF DMac is the new head coach (some are saying it's a done deal), how would Rhoads and the Cyclone faithful respond? I just can't quite picture Dan storming out of the visitors locker room on gameday. Just wondering?

    How could you not cheer for a beloved guy coaching a service academy? (even if it is Army....still)

    I like Dan, but it was almost embarrassing how he heaped praise on Army when we went there to play.

    It will be a weird if he comes to Ames and is coaching another team. I can't boo that guy.

    Mac is such a good guy, a good coach, I really hope he can find a job that he will enjoy for the rest of his career. Or we could welcome him as Defensive Coordinator.

    He can do better than Army. They fired a guy after just 2 seasons! IMO it would be better to go to a MAC or WAC program.

    He couldn't get the head coach at a team in Alabama that was starting their 1st year of FB. I just don't see it happening. He is an under .400 career winning percentage coach. That is tough to sell to a fan base no matter how good of a guy he is.

    I know, I know...Chiz 5-19 to Auburn.
