Rhodes has not been a head coach before and this is likely the first job he has had where he will be frequently doing interviews and speaking to the public. He does not have a stutter (which is a clearly defined speech impediment) but he is also not a polished and articulate public speaker. He will get better with experience and I am sure the University has some people who can provide training -- public speaking is part natural ability and part a learned skill.
