    Please, start posting anything about the OC and DC prospects - lies, rumors, I don't care. Just need to keep thinking football and not boy's bball.

    Somebody in an earlier post mentioned former Auburn OC Al Borges as a possibility. Sounds like he's off the market and headed to SDSU:

    SignOnSanDiego.com > Sports > Aztecs -- Borges said to be Aztecs' new offensive coordinator

    They also mention Tony Long for SDSU's DC, if both hires are true then Hoke is putting together a decent staff.

    I don't mean to sound like a downer, but I'm very concerned we will hire duds to fill these positions. Maybe my fears are because Chizik screwed the pooch on this when he was first hired, but the OC and DC are so damn important.

    Chuck Norris and Mike Ditka will be co-defensive coordinators. That head coach in Arkansas that never punts is taking over as the Offensive Coordinator because the defense won't allow one yard all year.

    Take a look at the bowl schedule, at least one of our coordinators will come from one of the participants, probably a small school I would bet. And our coordinators will not be hired based on the buddy system, but by talent.
