I like this hire because he played DE in college and the pros. He has coached it for many years and was a strength coach so he should know what it takes to excel at DE.

This staff is starting to shape up to be pretty good...Having some guys from the AU staff who knows Paul Rhoads is a plus in my opinion....

Perhaps with all the NFL firings, we could find a diamond DC or OC that wants to spend some time at the college level. Broncos staff, Jets staff have had some successes.

haha. that was more for my bronco/hawkeye buddy. he loves denver and likes Shanahan and is so ****** he was let go. it would really **** him off if Shanahan became our OC. I think Shan is an O genius. i didn't know this till today, but my buddy said he drafted Cutler, Marshall, and Scheffler in the same draft. That's some talent on the off. side.
