He's obviously learned from his mistake.....hiring Malzahn is huge and if he had stayed here and hired Malzahn to ISU it would have been a lot of fun. But, i consider Herman in the same category as Malzahn - established young coach ready to break into the big time and then go onto a head coaching job.

Based on some comments made by AU fans. I have to wonder if GC is fully in control of the staff that is being assembled.
