    What worries me is our top candidates are interviewing other places and we will become a last resort. What will be worse is if we keep someone from last year's staff as our last resort.

    What's really odd is we have a recruit that supposedly knows who the DC is yet none of the actual team knows?

    I would think you'd let the team know before someone who isn't yet on the team (although we are hopeful he will be!)
