I thought the O-line improved once Haughton was moved in. He seemed like a nice improvement in quickeness over Hulbert. Is Lamaak to center a done deal or is everyone just assuming that will happen?
The answer to how next year's defense will be different than last years', is...........Yancy McNight! Spend an hour googling Yancy's name and see what he did at Rice with training for "explosive accerleration". Most of the players credited Yancy with Rice's success on the field.
I don't see much change on offense except for Reynolds and Williams getting a decent amount of action. The defense will stick to last years plan of being terrible, so I'm not sure it matters who starts. Hopefully the new OC can get this offense clicking right away, we're gonna have to score a lot of points to win.
A new DC should help. Bolt wasn't the man for the job.
