its absolutly unbelieveable. I wonder if this happens more than we realize with coaches staying or committing then leaving or if its just at ISU

well, I'll never fault a new coach for sacking the entire staff - look what happens if you keep them on board? The one's that can't pull their own wt will probably stay, and the good ones will get poached.
