Haven't gotten ours either. I don't like to do it online. I like to write in a lot of instructions and seat request info. Who knows if they read it, but there isn't room online to do it (or didn't used to be).

They were supposed to go out 3/3, assuming bulk mailing, they should start showing up the middle of the week.

Pollard is finalizing his deal with Applebee's.
$10 game ticket with a tee shirt, $15 meal coupon each game.
We are losing money but we will make up for it in volume.

Make it back with concession and gameday merchandise sales as well. Plus the potential of future season ticket sales.

I got a question about the renewals. Can I upgrade my tickets? I did the $195 tickets last year, and this year I want to do the $100 donation for better seats. Can I do that through renewal, or do I have to order new tickets?

I'm not sure about joining the Cyclone Club and upgrading at the same time, but I'd assume you could do it. We have done increases in our level and moved seats because of it - just be very specific on the renewal form (what you're doing, where you'd like to move to, etc.) We got to move in both 2007 and 2008 because I wasn't very specific in the 2007 renewal. The plan was to move once, due to construction...
