    Tom Herman or Robert McFarland.... hmmmmm I wonder who I would get more excited to play for. Practicing timeouts, letting players know they need to run routes well past the first down line, stressing red zone scoring, having fun? Impressive.
    Now that MBB is back, do we still have to pretend that WBB matters?

    That is one impressive man. I'm quite sure that I wouldn't be anywhere near as excited about this team and ISU's future without Herman being here. He exudes what I want to see in a coach. ISU got an absolute steal and let's hope he's here for a few years.

    I'm 36, and I'm cheering for coaches younger than me. It does seem a little crazy.

    Nice observation. I have noticed two types of management styles in the business world: 1) Keeping people on their toes. 2) Keeping people on their heels. I think the benefits and advantages are obvious to each.

    Depending on the person, 1 or 2 works better than the other. However, many teachers, managers, coaches can't identify or don't know when to use 1 or 2 . I would bet most of your current FB staff does...

    Guy appears to have his stuff together, Qb fundamentals throwing in a compact manner, no wonder why Chiz let the QB coach go. I like offensive coordinators that work with the QB's directly.
