Good read, especially like the part about players aren't fighting the changes in how the coaching staff does things. Could be another sign that they players weren't sold on Chizik's system and they are starting to buy into Rhoads' already.
Surprisingly good read from the Gazette. Sounds like the attitude of the team is in the right place. But after 4 years in the bottom, I think I would be willing to try something new as well! Can't wait for the Spring game!!
I think this makes all the difference in the world, having players liking the system and the coaches. If you think about it, it would be hard to play for a guy(chizik) that is not a personable as what Rhoads.
