Sean Robinson is blowing up. Just added four more offers - Purdue, Nebraska, Kansas and Boston College.
His current offer list: Iowa, Purdue, Nebraska, Kansas, Boston College, Wisconsin, Stanford, Iowa State, Northwestern, Northern Illinois, Syracuse, Washington State, Toledo, Air Force, Central Michigan, Ball State and Western Illinois.
Joshua Shaw is blowing up too.
Will Hagerup just got an Iowa offer it looks like. I think we were the first to offer, but his offer list is pretty good for a punter, even though he wasnt the best punter at Kohls recent camp. If I were him, i'd go punt at Floirda.
Not too worried about Sean Robinson, we already have a QB committed.
I'm hoping we get a commitment from Mike Hardy, teammate of AJ Klein. The kid is a beast.
Would be nice to have Chase Harper commited to the good guys again. Hopefully his bond with Darks is strong.
Joshua Shaw is most likely long gone. We got in on him early, but the big dogs are coming and it sounds like he would like to play for an elite program. Favorite team is USC.
However, there's absolutely no doubt that we need a punter.
Yes, but with Arnaud a senior-to-be when this class enrolls, I'd prefer a really, really good one. Robinson looks like he would fit the bill.Quote:

Three quick notes on this young man.....
1. Josh is very good friends and teammates with 2009 recruits Brandon Mims and Walter Woods.
2. He has indicated that he wants a very close personal relationship with his position coach. Coach Ash coached his brother last year at SDS and his brother gives coach ash very high marks. Coach Ash and Joshua have been emailing each other several times a week for over a year.
3. USC may be his favorite team, but, they have recruited exactly 4 3* players in their last 4 recruiting classes. The likelihood that he gets a USC offer is remote, but if he gets one your right its an easy choice for him. If he does not, i think ISU would be a very good fall back because he has a comfort with Coach Ash and friends that will already be on campus in Mims and Woods.
Just my gut feeling, but, i have a tendency to believe in Coach Ash's recruiting. I think he has a great eye for evaluating talent and building relationships with these young men that goes a long way to them feeling that comfort level that someone at this new place is going to have their back. Plus everyone knows this guy can flat out coach the secondary - look no further then the list of players he's coached now in the NFL......
Joshua, everyone gives us grief for having uni's just like SC's, so why not come support our colors.....
