OSU already has offers to at least 3 RB's just as highly rated.
Michigan is a big hitter right now? They have a tradition rich program, but their new staff hasn't proven anything. They are losing top in state recruits to MSU. They look to be taking an entire class of WR's (5 of 14 so far). They have 1 RB verbal already, and 9 or 10 other highly rated RB's with offers.
Dawson has offers from Iowa, Nebraska, Wisconsin, Illinois, ISU, Kansas, and Purdue to name a few. What kind of big hitters are you really talking about, or are you just trying to marginalize Iowa, or a 17 yo kid? As an ISU fan, honestly look at that list of offers and ask yourself which one is the odd offer.....
This kid is very talented, and I would be thrilled to see him go to ISU or Iowa. I would just like to see him stay in state rather than go to Nebraska, KU, or Illinois.

Being a smart-*** is worthless. And yes, I'm a 17 year old Sergeant with over 9 years of service so far. You can try and belittle people on the internet, but in the end, you look like the clown.
Now, if you want to have a big boy conversation, we can do that. Mich is a big hitter. 11 national titles kinda gives you that title. tOSU has 3 OFFERS to other 4* kids, OFFERS. That doesn't mean anything until they do or do not commit.

Iowa, Nebraska, Wisconsin, Illinois, ISU, Kansas, and Purdue...
God, what a pathetic list of offers. I don't want this kid if the big dogs aren't offering!! -
Re: Andre Dawson
Still remember the power baseball player Andre Dawson. Wish he was in the line up today.

Yes, if you're talking all-time, Nebraska is the only "big-dog" on that list, but all of those programs, save for Purdue and ISU, are solid mid-top tier programs.

Re: Andre Dawson
I'm suprised we can even get him for a visit..I'd heard he was going to Kansas, Wisconsin, or Iowa for sure, and that he didn't like ISU at all, so Rhoads must have done a fantastic job.

Nebraska is on the way back up but I don't know if I'd consider them a perennial power anymore. When you have a 10+ year stretch like they've had, you kind of lose that title.

The same could be said of Mich and ND, but it's still a recognizable name and many kids want to play for the name alone.
