Will Arnaud be the all-time passing leader at ISU when he's done?
To break Meyer's school records of 9,499 yards and 50 TDs, AA will have to average 3,220 yards and 17.5 TDs over the next 2 seasons. Do you think he'll break one/both of these records?

If Herman's offenses are as high powered as advertised, yes.

I think he will get the TD record, maybe not the yardage though. Reason being is that I read some where the Herman loves to throw in the redzone.

I think he has a shot at both with the new offense. We have a great core of young wide outs and their potential is unlimited. I only hope are offensive line can develop as fast as them. If they do, the records will fall.

He has a good chance to do it. I wouldn't mind seeing him break the record in a bowl game.

It's going to be very close. Obviously it depends on a lot of things. Injuries, OL, WR's, ability to pick up the new system.
FYI though. ISU single season record for passing yards in a season is 3,245 by Seneca. So Arnaud would have to have back to back record breaking seasons

Not with the schedules we have the next two years.

He can get half of that on the Baylor game.

No way does he come anywhere close to that number in 2010. TD's could be done with 23 this year (<2 per game), to leave only 1 per game next.

Keep in mind that we have a much better shot against teams like Oklahoma and Texas by throwing the football rather then running it. I will take our chances with receivers going one on one vs our line trying to go man for man with the defensive lines that teams like Texas, Nebraska, and Oklahoma have. In watching some highlights of Rice it looks like Herman has the qb getting rid of the ball rather quickly which is a great thing. That takes a ton of pressure off of the O-line.

If he doesn't get at least 3,300 this year, he wont get the yardage because next year will be brutal. I think he'll get the TDs though. If he gets at least 20 TDs this year, he'll have the TD record locked up.
