Underneath the press box....where only a student radio station would be happy sitting.

Re: Seat locations.
Pretty sure Brian sits in a Cardinal section if he is where he was a couple years ago. I think his gripe is a non-donor in that same section behind him.

Re: Seat locations.
I have $50 around me for some reason and were $500. I know there is a point system, but from the way ive seen the system explained, you'd have to be a long time ticker holder to bump someone that donates more.
We are in the 1st row that we can, we are stuck behind 1 rows of Faculty. I'd like to go to the lower levels, but i like my POV. Its very near midfield and not too high up at all. I just dont want to get stuck down in the first couple rows in the lower level, those seats are horrible. Can't see much but the backs of the towel wavers.

They say cardinal, but no one around me donates. It is a revolving section that is all new every year. I just cannot believe there are not 3 seats anywhere better than this. Honestly, if I could get better seats, I would donate more, but I am really scared to drop a ton of cash and then get a letter saying that I got the same seats.

Hard to believe that the ISU ticket office would place someone that makes a $500 donation in a non-donor section. I believe the only non-donor sections are the Cy's Pack. But they do place non-donors who pay full ticket prices in donor sections. Possibility that Brian is in a Cardinal section and a person who buys a regular season ticket but makes no donation sits behind him. I know I bought a few Applebee's mini-packs last year and they were in donor sections.

So in other words, you are in your donation level of seating, but there are non donors sitting around you?
I get it, you really don't have much to gripe about then. Unless your gripe is that they are seating some people in a donor section that have no precedence over a donor and will be booted/moved give the first opportunity.

Ouch. I feel bad for you. That is pretty pathetic. You had this similar problem last year right?

According to the chart I am in a $100 area, except the people around me do not donate. I am really just ticked that I keep asking for an upgrade, but get denied each year. Does not make me want to donate any extra. We need a system like Iowa's where you can go online and see exactly what it would take to get each seat.

Tell them that if they don't place you in a $500 section then you will give them the appropriate $100 donation since that is where they insist on seating you. Or at least down to the $250 level. I would definitely make a call to the ticket office. The squeaky wheel is the one that gets greased. Good luck.
