i.e. Troy Davis was the FIRST RB in NCAA history to post back-to-back 2000 yd season.....and the heisman goes to a qb from Florida, that has a winning team that has NFL weapons around him and the Doak Walker award goes to a running back from Texas Tech, though he has less yds than Troy Davis but gets it mainly because he's on winning team....

I agree. but wasn't davis the heisman runner up that year? if so, at least we got some recognition.
