Seven weeks from today the SUV is loaded, heading to Ames for our first game of the season. What time do ya'll plan on being at your tailgating site and what is on the menu? Also what is the drink of choice? I am thinking a marinated ribeye with lots of pale ales to wash it down. Can't wait! :yes:
Pulled pork, ribs, and more Busch Light than I care to admit. Can not wait!
Traditional big oil can of Foster's, then a lot of Miller High Life. Food is usually brats and wings, but since there is a new coach it might be time to switch it up.
Sixer of Fat Tire and a lot of old friends to see.
Just the thought perked up my day a bit.
Plan to get there as soon as the lots open. Probably just drinking a crap load of beer and snacking on some small stuff. But, mainly just beer. I can't wait!
I'm feeling some brats on game one.
i will tailgating next to my radio for this game. I can only make the Iowa game this year. Drink one for me. :cry:
Miller lite, brats, and playin some bags. Doesn't get any better than that! We will be coming back for the 1st game, can't wait to be there!
Thursday game, I just hope to make it in by kickoff.

I think we are planning on starting around 2:30 pm. My brother and his wife are flying in from Utah for the game :-) They wanted to scope out Ames prior to next year's battle with the Utes...
