Only 5 weeks left until kickoff! Just wondering how you like your Bison cooked? Grilled, slow-cooker or just plain smoked by the Cyclones! I say marinate em' for a month or so, put them on a Jack Trice Grill and then cook the **** out of them! Can't wait!

1 egg
handful of bread crumbs
sauteed onions
sauteed peppers
sauteed garlic
cumin
black pepper
cayenne pepper
garlic salt
lawry's
worchestshire
chili powder
