Single Game Ticket Help!!

I bought homecoming tix this morning with Ticketmaster. I took "best available" and purchased. I noticed after the fact when looking at the Cyclones.com website that the seats are in "vistor seating". WTF.

Arrgghh!

Any advice? I called the cyclones ticket office hoping they could help but they said ticketmaster controls those tickets.

Ticketmaster doesn't open customer service for another 20 minutes and even then, they'll probably tell me to pound sand.

Am I simply screwed?

Depending on who it is against you could try to get face value back out of them on craigslist locale near the opposing team. Sounds like you might even be ahead to offer them cheaper just to get out of the seats and back in Cy territory.

Last year I bought tix to a game at 10 am the morning they went on sale and i was in the VERY last row at the top on the east side. Talk abt a bunch of bs too!!

The Crisis has been resolved. Ticketmaster customer service opened at 9 AM. I really thought, given my past experiences with Ticketmaster, they wouldn't budge. But they simply moved me for even exchange.

Whew! Not a good way to start a Monday.
