After the 85 scholarship players, that only leaves room for 20 walk-ons. Off the top of my head, I can think of more than 20 guys who it would be nice to have available before the 4th string punter.

Re: Mike Marry Grayshirt
So sorry to resurrect this old topic -- but I have been traveling this past week. What happened here -- did Mike decide to take the grey shirt from Ole Miss?
Thankks in advance and like I said sorry to be a week late (if I am)!

Re: Mike Marry Grayshirt
Update: I see Marry was involved with spring drills for Ole Miss. Im glad the guy is at least getting a chance there.

Was Watts an ISU recruit, or just a walk-on? I saw the name in BR last night ans thought "who the hell is that?"

He was a late addition to last year's class and there's some confusion as to whether he was a scholarship guy or a walkon. There were several late juco additions last year, including Earl Brooks, who we since have learned was a scholarship guy who redshirted last year, and Taufoo and Lattimer. Regardless, Watts never made it through fall camp, so it doesn't matter one way or another now.

06-01-2010, 10:04 PM #100 Sometimes when I reflect back on all the beer I drink I feel ashamed. Then look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery and all of their hopes and dreams. If I didn't drink this beer, they might be out of work and their dreams would be shattered. Then I say to myself, "It is better that I drink this beer and let their dreams come true than selfish and worry about my liver."
