Did ISU have a public scrimmage like Iowa had?
I was assuming that they would talk about it here when returniing, if they could:

We won.
Seems like the d did alright today.
Nice little recap in that Vid.
CPR had some nice things to say about Money. Says he had a good punt return and always runs hard when he has the ball.
I won't go into details. But, guys that impressed me today, old and new, were Money, Hamilton, and Beau Blankenship. Especially Blankenship. I got there a little late, and missed ARob's runs, but Schwartz and Bo were pretty ho hum for the most part. Beau was fast, quick, and running over would be tacklers. It almost looks to me like he'll contribute this year. I can't remember much else of note...
I'm not surprised about Beau's success. I just wasn't sure if it would come this early. His recruitment video is very impressive. He's a quick and powerful runner.
Sounds like at the very LEAST, Blankenship will be pushing the top RBs to perform their very best every day or risk losing their jobs.... which is a great thing!
I think guys like Blankenship bring a whole different level of desire and love of the game. And that desire can rub off on others too IMO. I think AJ Klein might be another one like that. They don't take anything for granted and give 110% on each and every play. That beats talent 9 times out of 10.
I heard he took a punt return to the house too! and had quite a few catches...Quote:
