Can single game student tickets be purchased?

I'm pretty sure the answer is no, but can single game student tickets be purchased? I've heard it was allowed at some point in the past.

They'd be for my girlfriend who goes to UNI.

That's what I thought. I haven't had to worry about it since I've been in school since everyone I went with purchased a season ticket.

As far as getting someone into the student section, just have her buy a ticket from someone outside the stadium (I've been able to find tickets for people for less than $20 most of the time) and once inside have her wait and come back up with another person's student ticket. They don't check ID's at the top of the student section

Yeah, I'm not worried about getting her into the student section just through the gates at a decent price. Thanks for the info about scalped prices.

Last season I had a guy trying to sell me field passes. He apparently thought I was haggling with him because it went something like

How much for a ticket?
I'll give you a field pass for $75
Just need a ticket for a friend, how about $20 for some random seat?
$60 for the pass
Dude, she's not even going to use the seat
$55?

Some other guy: $15 for a hillside seat
Sold.

I would check the marketplace function on facebook. There are always students who have to go out of town or something for a weekend and usually look to get something like $10 for the ticket instead of letting it go to waste. Thats where I found a ticket for my buddy for last year
