Todd did a nice job but I get tired of our guys saying that beating Iowa is the biggest thrill of their careers. That kind of mindset is a recipe for mediocrity.

plus he was there when we beat #8 Iowa in ames. That or the away A&M game was probably the most exciting win of his career....
Bowl games are great, and they mean a ton to the program. However, unless it is a really big bowl game against a great opponent, the Iowa game has more behind it from an atmosphere standpoint. This state just gets way more excited for Clones vs. Hawks than it does Clones vs. Miami (OH).
lol, well, I'd assume if he ever got to play in a BCS bowl, that would have been it. I don't understand why people are so touchy about Iowa being our rival. It's in state, it's natural to want to beat them. I'll admit that aTm game was awesome, but I still get chills when I think of the 23-3 2005 Iowa game. It's just fun to beat them because you don't run into a lot of aTm fans in Iowa to talk **** to during the year.
