    Big Ten Tailgate to be in Ames Friday Night

    Just saw on WHO-TV 13 that 'Big Ten Tailgate' will be in Ames starting at 7:30. I assume this will take place at Jack Trice Stadium somewhere.

    They pick a game every week and do a Friday night show from that location. It's their version of Gameday, and it's actually pretty lame. They do show the viewers around campus and whatnot, and that's somewhat interesting, but for the most part it's meh...

    Yeah....and they'll have a preview show for all the Big 10's games, and then they'll run FNT again at 10, so if you don't catch it the first time at 730, just catch it then.

    I'll probably tune in for a few minutes just to see the spectacle, although I am surprised that they picked Ames for this weekend.
